DAN HENRIE

CEO & PRESIDENT

Dan Henrie has spent over 30 years working as a business consultant, coach and executive, with primary expertise in human resources and finance. He is the owner of Santé Inc., a business consulting firm focused on translating human performance into financial results. Prior to starting Santé, he worked as the head of Global Human Resources for Iomega Corporation during its sales growth from $100 million to over $1 billion. Daniel is a graduate of Brigham Young University and earned a graduate degree from the Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.

ROB CUNNINGHAM

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Rob Cunningham joined Globus Relief in 2008. Since that time, he has worked in various areas of Globus Relief's operations, including acquisitions, warehousing, operations and logistics. Working with both partners and donors, Rob currently oversees all international and domestic logistics for inbound donations and outbound humanitarian shipments as well as managing Globus Relief's extensive inventory. Prior to joining Globus Relief, Rob worked in inventory and warehousing at Mountain States Schoolbook.

DENNIS VAN LEEUWEN

CHAIRMAN; INDEPENDENT BOARD MEMBER

Dennis Van Leeuwen is President of RVC Construction, an Intermountain West construction company. Serving a long list of clients across a broad spectrum of industries, RVC has grown from a small architectural firm into a diversified construction management, design-build and general contracting firm with over four decades of experience. Dennis joined Globus Relief's Board of Trustees in 2001 and currently acts as the Board's Chair.

DANIEL DRIGGS

INDEPENDENT BOARD MEMBER

Daniel Driggs is a founder of Paint Sundry Solutions, a national distribution company headquartered in Kirkland, Washington. After retiring in 2006, he entered the car wash industry and now owns numerous full-service car wash and detail operations in Utah. Before joining the Globus Relief team, Dan served 12 years as a Trustee and Chairman of West Ridge Academy.

KRISTEN FUGAL

INDEPENDENT BOARD MEMBER

Kristen has a seasoned background in the non-profit sector. She currently serves on the Philanthropy Advisory committee of Saprea. Previously, she has worked as a Board Member for Intermountain Medical Center - Patient Family Advisory Council and as a Development Volunteer at Catholic Community Services. Kristen is an entertainment law specialist and currently is the Director of Legal Affairs at Admantium Real Estate.

JEFF LOCKHART

INDEPENDENT BOARD MEMBER

Jeff is a software architecht and entrepreneur. Most recently, Jeff co-founded and operated as Chief Architect of Sales Rabit, a provider of SaaS cloud and mobile solutions for the face to face outside sales industry. Jeff has over a decade of experience in mobile and SaaS software development, building MVPs and scaling software through startup and growth stages.

MARK PUGSLEY

INDEPENDENT BOARD MEMBER

Mark Pugsley is a trial attorney whose practice is focused on financial fraud, investment disputes, FINRA Arbitrations, and whistleblower cases filed with the SEC, CFTC and IRS. Mark is listed in Mountain States Super Lawyers in the category of Securities Litigation and was ranked as one of its "Top 100" attorneys in 2012. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America Tier 1 in Utah for Securities Law since 2008 and was selected as "Lawyer of the Year" for Litigation-Securities in 2015. Mark holds active licenses to practice law in Utah and California.

DAVID RUSSELL

INDEPENDENT BOARD MEMBER

David is an accomplished Human Resource Consultant and Business Leader with over 40 years of experience in Compensation, consultative sales, executive coaching, and employee relations in a variety of industries. After running his own consulting firm for over 30 years, David joined Mercer as a Human Resource Consultant & Business Leader in their Salt Lake City office.
