Strong communities are built by organizations that step in when help is needed most. For more than three decades, Nuzzles & Co. has been doing exactly that — providing rescue, rehabilitation, medical care, and adoption services for thousands of animals across Utah. Their work gives vulnerable pets a second chance while helping families experience the joy of welcoming a healthy companion into their homes.

During our recent visit with the Nuzzles & Co. team, we had the opportunity to learn more about their growing impact, their current supply needs, and how Globus Relief can continue supporting their mission.

More Than a Rescue A Lifeline for Utah's Animals

Since opening its doors in 1990, Nuzzles & Co. has helped more than 27,000 dogs and cats find permanent, loving homes. Today, the organization continues to place approximately 1,200 animals into homes each year, while providing comprehensive veterinary care through its Rescue Ranch.

Behind every adoption is an incredible amount of medical care. Every animal receives a veterinary examination, vaccinations, spay or neuter surgery, microchipping, and any additionaltreatment they require— including dental procedures, orthopedic care, and other life saving surgeries. Each year, their veterinary team performs more than 3,200 spay and neuter surgeries and administers over 7,000 vaccinations, improving the health of pets throughout Utah while helping reduce pet overpopulation.

A Partnership That Continues to Grow

Globus Relief is proud to support organizations like Nuzzles & Co. through donated medical equipment and supplies that help reduce costs and expand their ability to care for animals.

Over the course of our partnership, Globus Relief has provided Nuzzles & Co. with a variety of essential supplies, including:

• Surgical instruments and devices

• Surgical tables

• Storage cabinets

• Gloves

• Syringes

These donations have helped equip their veterinary team with the resources needed to perform surgeries and provide high-quality care for thousands of animals.

As their services continue to grow, so do their supply needs. During our visit, the team shared that they reorder critical medical supplies one to two times each month to keep pace with surgeries, emergency treatments, and routine veterinary care. Their current recurring needs include:

• Surgical consumables

• Surgical glue

• Syringes

• Controlled medications
